Refund Policy

Eligible new Reduce merchandise may be reviewed for a return whether the concern is a defect or a preference change. A non-defective item must be unused, in original condition and accompanied by its packaging and supplied parts. We also review damage, defects, wrong shipments, missing pieces and material listing differences.

Start the request

Email gojeyela36@gmail.com within 30 days after delivery. Send the order number, checkout email, reason and preferred resolution. Photos or video may help with a damaged, defective or incomplete product.

Approval before mailing

Wait for approval and the accurate return address before mailing anything. The General correspondence address is not automatically a return facility. A free prepaid return label is included in the package; contact us if it is lost or absent. Approval is still required before use. Eligible returns have no label charge and no restocking fee.

Exchange and refund

Approved exchanges depend on stock. After a refund is approved, we process and initiate it to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank or card provider may require more time to display the credit. Non-waivable consumer rights remain available.
