How long does delivery take?

Preparation after payment authorization is normally 1–2 business days. Estimated carrier transit after dispatch is 4–6 business days. See the Shipping Policy.

May I return an unused selection?

Eligible new, unused non-defective items can be reviewed for a change of mind or wrong selection. Damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect or materially misdescribed items can also be reviewed. Request assistance within 30 days after delivery.

Is the return label free?

Yes. A free prepaid label is included in the parcel. Obtain approval and the correct return destination before mailing; ask for help if the label is missing. No restocking fee applies to eligible returns.

Do you offer exchanges?

Approved exchanges are accepted when inventory is available. An approved original-method refund is initiated within 10 days, while bank posting can take longer.
